1. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with MindTray, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at otn987@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your purchase receipt or transaction ID
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request

3. Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Once processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following circumstances may result in a refund request being denied:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day period
  • Issues caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., operating system compatibility issues unrelated to the Application)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
